Investigation: Richlands Private Residence (Richlands, NC)
Date: June 21st, 2008

History: The house was built around 1985. It is located around a lot of old farm land. There is
believed to be one previous owner, and the house remained vacant for 9 years before the current
home owners moved in.

Claims: The owners get a lot of creepy feelings. They saw a figure in the kitchen walk into the
laundry room. There were many electrical disturbances, such as appliances turning off and on at
will, the TV turning off and on, and the light to a ceiling fan turned off while the fan remained on.
They have heard noises such as creaking, tapping on windows, and muffled voices. They also
had a toy come off of a shelf and turn on. The experiences began the day they moved in.

Personal Experiences (Investigators): Eric, Jessica, Sally and Selena attended this
investigation. We did an EMF sweep of the kitchen and were able to initially locate a source of
EMF so high that it did not register on our meter (Over 200MG) This reading was taken in the
kitchen, along the back wall, where many of the appliances are located. We were also able to
trace notably high EMF along most of the interior walls, including the master bedroom and the
baby's room. While Eric & Selena were in the master bedroom, they did have a couple of Spikes
on the KII meter in the middle of the room.

EVPs - 1. In this EVP you'll hear about 4 to 5 seconds in what sounds like a voice. We can not
determine where the sound is coming from except that it isn't from anyone on the team or at the
house. This was while Eric and Selena where in the Master Bedroom.

2. In this EVP you'll here Selena ask if there is anything you'd like to say to Juanita and after it is
what we believe to sound like a faint "yes" This again was in the Master Bedroom.
YES EVP

Conclusion: Faulty wiring in a home can leak electricity, causing an abnormally high EMF
(Electromagnetic field) to exist. EMF can be found (in low levels) almost anywhere naturally,
however a high EMF can cause many side effects in humans. Some of those side effects can
include dizziness, paranoia, nausea/vomiting, and a general negative feeling. We believe that the
levels that were found in this home very well could attribute to some of the experiences, especially
the electrical disturbances. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to rely on what we felt. While in the
residence. It is NOT to say that the homeowners experiences are in any way, discredited. And we
did find upon analysis, a couple of sounds that we couldn't explain. We deem this case
undecided, due to the levels of EMF. We would love to go back and try again when the electricity
isn't a distracting factor. Feel free to drop us your inputs and thoughts on the case and the
evidence that we've gathered, we're open minded and enjoy feedback.... Thank you
