Investigation: Maysville Private Residence (Maysville, NC)
Date: March 7th, 2009
History: The property of the Maysville house is old. There were many farms in the area that the
house stands on now. The house has been there about 20 years and the last owner of the house
spent a great deal of time remodeling and adding onto the house before her tragic suicide in
2004.
Claims: The clients began to have experiences immediately upon moving in. There was a
"Dark" feeling. Their child, who had never had trouble sleeping, immediately began having
problems sleeping through the night in the bedroom. Music was heard in the house, but the clients
couldn't locate the source. Also, there were taps and bangs.
Personal Experiences (Investigators): While in a childs bedroom, we experienced the
crib shifting while no one was touching it. We saw a shadow move under the door while no one
was moving. We heard tapping on various walls. The oddest of experiences happened we had 2
groups, one on either side of the house. Eric was in the kitchen (which was in the middle of the
house) manning the DVR system. Simultaneously, both groups heard someone whistle, which
sounded as if it came from the hallway/kitchen area. But Eric, who was sitting right there didn't
hear anything. After it happened twice Sally came into the kitchen to talk to Eric about it and while
she was in there it happend again and she couldn't hear it in the kitchen either, both groups heard
it on opposite sides of the house. We couldn't figure out how it happend.

Conclusion: Everyone seemed to experience something at this residence and we definitely
caught some great EVPs. We believe that something paranormal is going on at this location. Feel
